Blank HSRPs are embossed and hot stamped with the vehicle registration number as per the class of vehicle at every individualisation centre.
Press Machine
Blanks are cut from a aluminium strip as per the die/cutting tool loaded on the Hydraulic Press.
Barcode Machine
With the help of this machine, every Blank HSRP is pasted with a barcode.
Hologram Machine
This machine helps us to hot stamp a blank HSRP with holograms.
Feeder Machine
This machine feeds the decoiled aluminium strip to the press as per the required speed.
Laminator Machine
Laminates the Retro Reflective Sheet (RRS) on the Aluminium substrate perfectly without any bubble formation.
Sheet Straightening Machine
Makes the aluminum strip straight and wrinkle free to make it suitable for pasting the RRS.
Decoiler Machine
De-coils the aluminium strip.
